You actually can. You can copyright your characters and have it written in the ToS that pornography isn't allowed etc etc. Some game did it before but I can't remember what. They sued some guy who made porn of the game for a ♥♥♥♥ ton.

ALSO AGAIN: This game and its characters have been known about for a while, since it made 10 grand on a crowdfund, and said funders like me got it a week early, so "3 hours" is incorrect here.
