Thank you for contacting EVE: Valkyrie Customer Support.
I am very sorry to hear you are experiencing this issue, we are aware some of our players have been experimenting audio problems and we have sent this information to our developers for review.
I can assure you that we have an issue open for this problem and that investigations are ongoing. There is one thing that you could try as a workaround for this problem, on your local drive you should see a vkgame folder at the following location:
C:\Users[user]\AppData\Local\VkGame\Saved
Could you please attempt to delete this saved folder and see if this helps resolve the issue?
