I'm sure the question gets brought up more than I think it does, but I wish to bring more attention to it: What is the likelihood of a Haydee 2? Haydee has the potential for an interesting story and gameplay, despite what others may think about a simple Metroidvania hidden behind "fan service."

A second installment could also bring about interesting new features that allow puzzles to be solved in a wider variety of methods. Such ideas could include a stealth mechanic, terminal hacking, or more movement challenges such as hanging from pipes, walking across thin bridges or attempt roles to dodge enemy attacks, with said rolls causing problems when bumping into a wall or falling off a ledge. Not so much melee though; I've already read a few statements from the devs and I agree: It would make gun usage and scavenging less important. I think if there were melee though, the weapons in question would need to have a "weapon condition," so they still take a back-seat to gun play.

There could be new enemy types, such as gun or rocket turrets similar to Portal, or environmental cameras that spawn enemies when they see Haydee. Maybe something a little more complicated, but cool like a "thief bot?" The thief bot would run up and attack Haydee similar to the others, but he doesn't actually hurt her. Instead he forces her to stagger and then attempts to flee with a small, not-that-critical item stolen such as a box of bullets or a first aid. Perhaps even a slow-approaching bot with proxy-mines that detonate on organic/Haydee-specific targets?

I know that's a lot of ideas, but like I said: I see a lot of potential for a second Haydee.
