Intel's Windows video driver team didn't reach OpenGL 3.3 support before they stopped adding features to the Sandybridge hardware generation. Newer Windows drivers will still be OpenGL 3.1.

If you really, *really*, want to run Haydee on that video hardware, then running the game in wine or Proton on Linux or MacOS is the only option because their video drivers did reach OpenGL 3.3 support for Sandybridge.

That said, this game was never intended to be run on those platforms, so there's no support, even though it can made to work with a little encouragement. It's also unreasonable to ask someone to change OSes to play a game.

The realistic option is to use an add-on video card. Anything from the last decade should support OpenGL 4+. (Assuming this is a desktop computer.)
