Is this being actively improved?

I came across this while looking at an Indiegala bundle. I'm not interested in anything else in the bundle, so I'd like to buy this game outright. I really like the look of it, and overall it sounds interesting. However, the reviews are very off-putting. It sounds like the game has some serious balance and usability issues. One of the other discussion threads mentions quite a few things.

Is the game being actively improved at all?

I only see 2 announcements, one of which does not have an English translation, but both were back at release a month ago. I'm going to add the game to my wishlist and follow it to see if anything happens, but it would be good if the developer could come around and let me (us) know if there are plans to improve the game.

English has since the release. And to improve the plans also available)

I meant the last announcement wasn't in English, so I don't know what it says.

I'll keep watching to see if the issues are worked out. No activity in a month means it's highly questionable as to if that will happen.
