"Fatal Error"

I can't play for more than a minute or so after harvesting any meterial in the game without this error, which then crashes the game:

Is anyone else having this issue? Can anyone help?

It seems it only happens with a controller. Mouse and keyboard work fine.

I keep having errors also. Playing with controller.
