Force quit- there aren't many games that have a quit button in them as you're sort of expected to just hit "go home" on the overlay to quit games, I think.

I think every game should have a quit button : sometimes when you try to force quit, you have to restart steamVR because the game is stuck in "exiting" status. But that is not a major requirement, i agree :)
