No it does not, sadly. There's quite a few actions that require both hands in some form.

You'll have lots of fun with it when you get your controller back though, I can totally recommend you buy it anyway! :D

I haven't played in a while, but unless there are some menues preventing you from playing I think you might be able to play some level with one hand. It would be challenging though. :D
