If it's excessive, then there might be an issue. Unfortunately, we'd need an almost uncompressed, full-resolution, 60+ FPS video to be able to determine whether the amount of ghosting you're experiencing is "as designed" or a bug (unless it's severe enough to be visible in a youtube video)
Did you by any chance consume any alcohol in-game? The dizziness effect can be mistaken for ghosting.
Even without the ghosting, the game looks much better from beginning than on my windows installation. Both use up to date graphic drivers.
A video should ne be neccesary, it looks the same even on 60 fps without moving ;)
The bow depends on a few things, the bow, the type of arrows, and your Archery skill, you can test these out in Sandbox (previously called 'Single Player') mode using admin commands in the chat box (start with a '#' and type the command).
As for the copy and pasted buildings, it always had this feeling though before 1.0 it was much more prevalent, now it's not that bad, the main objective is to just loot 24/7 so I assume most don't notice it, got to avoid looking at things too deeply, which is hard playing solo.
Anyway, this is just if you ever give it another shot, the game doesn't get very regular updates but who knows, maybe some things'll change in the coming months to make it better.
