I don't see the devs from here...
They will see it. They just don't respond to every post.
Or you can make a report on it at SCUM Support[scum.help.jagex.com]
Sometimes i'm just frustrated to see thousands of them and i say it. I'm not insulting anyone.
Even my posts in the "Bugs Report" sections are being deleted one by one and it makes no sense. I'm frustrated a lot more because of that. It's counter productive. Does the devs asked for it on purpose?

In my experience there has always been a follow up as to why but that info can come a while later.
In order to assist till you get your answer you might want to go to Discussions Rules and Guidelines.
The right to freedom of expression is enshrined in Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. And it works on the rules of steam forums.
I can understand i said too much last year, but this time, i was calm.
They do not delete posts because it might have been previously reported.
They say thanks for the report we are aware of the issue and are working on a fix!
Here's an example:
Kuriisu [developer] 22 hours ago
Hey, thanks for reaching out. We're aware of this issue and are looking into it.
You have two warnings and one block on record.
Even here you go against one of guidelines and talking about moderation.
Your message was deleted bu one of the mods.
