Server operators and admins can set their own rules for their server, as well as who is allowed to play on the server. However, if there are any inconsistencies or there is no processing by the admin, i.e. cheating etc., it would be best to contact SCUM Support[scum.help.jagex.com] discreetly, as we are unfortunately not responsible for this here in the forums.
Sometimes it can be difficult to be a admin.
We can have players spamming this guy is a cheater every time they get their butt owned or their base raided.
What we do since the logs are a great tool is, one admin will go to the coords of the death and another will go to where the shot came from and we check for line of sight.
This cannot be used in a lot of cases but it does help, especially if it was a 1 shot kill now incidence and not a bleed out over time.
I have even been asked to check players in the events when they seemed to have a high kill/death ratio. Unknown to both sides, I logged in as the drone and watched the player in question. He was playing legit, he just was that good.
What I do not understand is why you keep coming to the forums and complain about private server admins.
There is very little the devs can do about private servers. They mainly will only get involved if their is real money transfers happening or a few other things.
I myself have been on some crappy servers. I just leave and find another!
Another issue is you never know when/if that private server will shut down so it is always a gample.
I think his review pretty much sums up the problem he's having.
Yes I saw that.
He would not last very long with that toxicity and racism on any of our servers.
One and only one warning towards chat like that being said and then the ban hammer.
In his case though because of his review and what he has said in it and because of several of his other posts. He would not be allowed at all.
Players can roll play, they can talk crap to each other, that is game play but there is a line that should not be crossed.
He seems incapable of understanding that.
One players toxicity or racism in chat is not worth loosing several players because of it! EVER!
Where I live if a white guy says that usually one of two things happen.
They will give you a very good beating that will put you in the hospital or a bullet!
