This command is used to regenerate the contents of the loot container.
For example, you just opened a cabinet and took the loot inside.
After you use this command, the cabinet will spawn loot again, and you can loot it once more.

Is there a table to change the quality?
I found nothing to bring the quality of the loot to 100%.
I just want to find 100% items. The rarity and everything else is ok. ;)
