Tried digging around, heres what i've tried;
-Both current build and on 134 for the below
-restarting pc after install
-Deleting folder. verifying
-Deleting folder. reinstalling
-uninstalling, reinstalling
-moving to a different drive
-Running as Admin
-Expanding security permissions to "allow all"

I get the unity splash, and then a small unity dialog box that appears for a brief moment with nothing but a loading bar and an error icon, and then im back to my library. None of the above has had any effect

EDIT: Win 10, 3600x, 3080 12g, 32g ram, latest Nvidia drivers
