Okay just like what others for a while have been saying I too have been getting the

PROCESS_NUMBER:107
Failed to create the DX11 Device.
error screen on Windows 10 DX setup states all is good on their end when running SFC, DX instaler, etc.. With NIS America being DI... "quiet" about the issue I am going to give up using this game on Windows. However so far this game dose runs on my Steam Deck, and Linux (via Proton). So I will warn people that ONLY use Windows to think twice before buying this game however Steam Deck users/Linux users may fair better. I will update this if NIS America gets off their LAZY "BUTTS", and fixes this problem. Though with this problem being around for years my hope are nil. IF you got this game working in Windows 10/11 can you enlighten us with your system specs, and if you had to use any workarounds/commands.
