Make it a Coop P2P and no VR cheaper mode. That will bring in more people to it. I just don't see myself buing it just to look around alone and with crappy VR. I rather see it high resolution on my monitor.

Also, and I don't know if the game has, but it needs sound. Stepping on things, indoor ambient sound and wind.
