I can't see this game (?) in my library, despite having it

So I supported Chernobylite on Kickstarter for $30. Got the codes both for Chernobylite and for C. VRProject, and here's the thing: the Chernobyl VR Project doesn't appear in my library on my PC (I checked the VR Category), I still can download the game by Steam on my phone, and if I go to the Steam shop, it says I have it. Should I write to Steam Support?
PS Chernobylite works just fine

The program is declared as "Software" and "VR". If you can't see it in "VR" (in the category - not in the games list section "VR"). Is it perhaps visible under Software for you?
