You still need to drive and get the last poster so you wont just get it right away.
The reason why i uploaded it was because those were my last 2 missing achievements that took me forever to get and i figure there might be someone who wants these 2 achievements as well so i uploaded it.

If they want the achievements, why not just do them then?

Yes it is a thing some people want. Alot a people have save files for games these days. To me, I thing it is a good thing and bad thing for this. The good thing is: It makes easier for players to get all the achievements ( it especially dead MP achievement), unlocks, weapons, etc without wasting time grinding for them. The bad thing is: It totally beats the purpose even playing game at all. How would you know if that save file is even safe without it having virus in it.

The 50m with 1 car is basically for driving the whole game with it. You drive a more than that throughout the 15 chapters. I have 54 combined on cars in my garage, at the start of 15th. I have it and I am not even a completionist.

There are 2 achievements One careful Owner (Drive 50m with one car)and Card Sharp (get all wanted Posters)
To Start go to Story Mode and continue the mission
There should be a roller GL 300 outside just drive to the last wanted poster 159 then get on the high way and get 1m on the car.
