[UPDATE Request] FullScreen/Jump Key/Warning signs + Rankings

Hello everyone...
As far it is doge game everyone enjoys it but there are some improvements needed to make it even more enjoyable, especially for other humans not only braindead doge fanatics(no feelings triggered

) Love doges <3

Improve option menu:
1) Add Full-screen mode
2) Allow to change to any key for "jump"

Other:
1) IMO warning sign needs to be added to show on screen not only for "Crows" but also for "Chickens"

+ Not so important for now but also Rankings would be cool feature

maybe some powerups being implemented too, like running faster, jumping higher,
not getting no scoped while running by a cat :p
a pause option would be nice too

but yeah I agree that this game needs some improvement
