Then I played and got the few left for the achievement and it unlocked for me and on exit it updated the file to:
c o l l e c t _ p a n z 8 0 2
I never did any editing or anything of the file and legitimately got all the achievements. Not sure why it isn't working for you. Looking at your profile, I see you have achievements for Montaro, but can't see the game in your collection.
It might be because I don't own it, because I am currently family sharing it with my brother. I'll get it on sale sometime and see if it changes anything. Thanks for sharing your experience.
