The first time I got this problem, I thought it was related to moving the window, but now it's started happening inconsistently on Windowed Fullscreen. SOME of the time I press Enter, it counts as having been pressed twice rapidly. This has never happened before or since in anything but Disgaea 2, so I doubt it's my keyboard.
