.dll error starting game

Every time I try to launch game on my laptop I get MSVCP120.dll and MSVCR120.dll is missing error. I read it was because of vcredist and I installed it, but STILL get the error for some reason

Can anyone give me any idea why this keeps happening?

I did it, hence me writing that I installed vcredists. It did not fix. I tried moving dlls directly into game folder and it still does nothing
