Hello TMNZB,
Thank you for your message and I appreciate your patience in awaiting our response. Our Support Prinnies have been busy with a large volume of support and we are sorry that we were not able to get back to you sooner.
I am sorry to hear you have been having difficulties with this title! I appreciated the specifications you have provided thus far. Would you also be able to confirm whether you have openGL3.0 on your computer? Any information you are able to provide can help us better look into this issue.
If you have any other questions or concerns, please let me know.
Best wishes,
Support Prinny 18

==============
As for it being an NVIDIA issue, that seems reasonable - my computer's using a GeForce GT 230M, which NVIDIA[www.geforce.com] says only supports OpenGL 2.1. Others may check their GPU's NVIDIA specs page for openGL 3.0 support.
I replied to NISA in August 2017 and haven't heard anything back as of Feb 2018. Disgaea 1 works fine for me.
Really, if they're not planning to fix it, the very least they could do is to inform potential buyers about the issue
