i try to fix this but can't do anything now
in normal i can walk around town without lag but if i press menu or talk or use mouse to do anything it's gonna stop for 1 sec and back in to normal this problem keep annoyed me

list that i try to fix
- off VFX
- install openal
- update graphic driver
- re-install game
- checking file game from steam

this game keep updating or have any supporter to help me ? plz
