So I need to know if im alone in this;
I bought Disgaea 2 last year. Right after i bought it i think i spent about a week and accumlated 18 hours of gameplay. I had this game on the orginal console and was just feeling an itch to play the series.

Now the problem is the game wont start when i try to play it.
I easly surpass the min requirments and as well is its the EXACT same computer i used to play it last year with no problems. been really busy. just getting back to it.

Ive tried uninstalling it multiple times.
Even dumped the game caches.
Reinstalled. still wont start.

Tried everything. double checked my exceptions on my spy and anti software, still nothing,

when i try to get help from steam, they redirect to me to a 3rd party who wont even answer,
so then i ask for a refund, but since i have 18 hours its not viewed by a human that sees my explanation, its just auto deiend.

feeling like im getting a big "F*** you, thanks for your money." from steam,
