Game thinks the up arrow is being endlessly pressed. Don't have a controller plugged in.

Any idea what could be causing this? This was happening to Disgaea 1 as well until I installed Pretty Prinny. There doesn't seem to be a version of that for this game.

I fixed it this way: Clicked on "Controller Configuration" on Steam, after selecting the game in my library. Clicked on the D-pad and set "Haptic intensity" to "OFF" on Advanced Settings.

You do know what haptic is referring to, right? :) I cannot even begin to explain how a controller's vibration function would lead to this. But it's Valve, I won't question it :P

Yea, it's really weird. What matters is that it fixed the problem for me lol
