getting bad micro stutter while in hub world or in battle
using borderless window doesnt fix it can someone help

im using a gtx 970 4690k 16gb ram

i afraid i cant get good footage of it because recording software seems to not play well with the game

I know this is an old thread and problebly doesn't matter or the issue has resolved for you already. But it is one that I found from google while trying to resolve this myself.

I have found a solution. Going into the Nvidia Control Panel and setting Threaded Optimization to Off resolves the frame drops.

Setting Shader Caching to Off while there may help as well, but wasn't anything noticable in my case. Thought you might like to know.
