From what you're saying, doesn't this have more to do with the advantages of emulation rather than the version of the game itself? Like, if the ability to fast forward and quicksave is a deal breaker for you, then sure, go for DHD, but otherwise, I think the PC version should be better/more convenient (that is, if it doesn't show you the visual bugs/black boxes I've heard many people complain about), mostly for the "DLC"/Summoning Experiments stuff. DHD had 2~3 extra characters (off the top of my head it's just a couple of cat mascot characters), but I think the PS shop isn't supported anymore anyway? The PC version has most of them built-in the game, even some that were previously exclusive to asian territory.
