I don't the game is a pretty bare minimum port job toss the game on ppsspp and upscale it by 4 or 8 times native resolution and you'll see similar all this port does is mixes some scaling filters

Take a more careful look at treasure chest it not fully render bottom corner cut. Still better then AMD where nearly helf of that treasure chest is cut.

Either way it's an nis america pc port they're long gone and never coming back to patch these up.
