Floor tiles around buildings
This may just be a small thing, but could the tiled area around buildings just be a little wider?

I often find myself building certain buildings in specific directions, because this visible stripe of grass, etc. challenges my OCD 🙄

You mean like cleanly placed tiles with no grass growing through it, in which case yes I agree.

And there are many buildings where the tiles are simply missing, its so obvious where this game was rushed...

i agree, a floor painting or decal putting system would be a really improvement in city decorating game :)
