I'm probably very late to the Tropico 6 party of suggestions, but I just got back into playing Tropico 6 again, after a couple years of not playing. And, I'm absolutely amazed that update 23 (from March) added the ability to place trees as decorations and resources individually, as well as other objects (such as beach chairs and military tanks etc.), and with the added ability of having no placement restrictions on the object placement (by ticking a box).

I thought they would never add this feature in. This is the best feature added to the game so far imo, and one that I, and many other people have sorely wanted for years. I must now fill the barren voids around buildings with trees and plants, and my beach resort with beach chairs and palm trees. It's a great feature for detail. Finally!

If there is to be another major or minor update to Tropico 6 before we get right into Tropico 7...

I would suggest what they add next is:

-1. The ability to place all in-game cars (including police and military vehicles etc.) as decorative objects. Since we can now place decorations freely on the map anywhere.

-2. The ability to paint terrain with a varying sizable "paint terrain tool/brush" for Grass, Dirt, Sand, and Concrete. So that we can detail paint and refine areas of the ground around buildings etc. that need a visually appealing concrete path leading to it's entrance, or for painting a small grass and dirt area for a bit of detail on the beach for where freely placed trees could be seen to grow next to a beach resort, but placed in the painted grass texture and not just in the default sand.

-3. A tab in the Almanac under "People" that shows everyone's Country of Origin list (what country they are originally from with that country's flag shown etc.). Just like in Tropico 1. I can't believe this feature is not in Tropico 6. (If it is, please tell me where to find it, as I have not found it). You can only look at an individual's origin but no list of everyone afaik.

-4. The ability to construct dirt roads also, instead of every road being concrete roads, so that we can make more rural farm areas with dirt roads (many jungle countries in the Caribbean still have dirt roads)... and no road upgrades. I want the ability to choose what kind of road I want to place, where exactly I want to place it.

If these things are added into Tropico 6 in a next/new update (and hopefully also Tropico 7 as well), this game would be a near 10/10 imo for personal detail control.
