If you upgraded to 11 over top of a 10 installation, you can break a lot of already installed programs/games.

Uninstall and then reinstall the game, and also your graphics drivers.

already did everything and never work there is no live support that can fix this issue ?

Please send a message to our support at support@kalypsomedia.com with a description of the issue and a DxDiag.txt attached, so they can investigate.
To create a DxDiag.txt, please do the following:

• Click "Start" button and choose "Run". Or alternatively, press (Windows-Button)+R
  
• Then type "dxdiag" (without quotation marks) and click “OK”
  
• Click the "Save all Information"-button, located at the bottom of the program window
  
• Save the file as "dxdiag.txt”
  
• Attach the file "dxdiag.txt" to your email to support@kalypsomedia.com
