DX11 feature level 11.0 is required to run the game?
I downloaded repair tools and it cant work.
Is anybody like me?How can i solve this?

Hi 111.
If you getting crashes/errors regarding Direct X 11, it is most likely the case that you have not installed Direct X 11.1, which is required in order to play the game.
As Windows 7 does not receive this version automatically like Windows 8+, please have a look into this official Microsoft-guide, how to properly set up Direct X 11.1 on your machine:

with this link I am only getting 11.0 but not 11.1
and with 11.0 it is not working..any idea?

You also get 11.1, just read carefully. ;)
It is included in Windows 7 SP1 you have to manually download and install.

But still dxdiag shows me VErsion 11 and not Version 11.1

That usually happens with people running Windows 7. You need DirectX 11.1 which is not native to Windows 7. You have to run a special platform update to get it. If you follow the link Unerde posted up above, it should fix the problem.

It might help if you shared your system information like

OS (32 or 64 bit)
CPU
GPU
RAM

In general also make sure you have the latest driver for your video card.

I have DirectX 12 installed when DirectX 11 is needed. Why couldn't DX 12 just work?
