[beta] radio man bugs
multiple.
I have two paths to transmit a message...directly via the bot with the f2 screen and typing the message in the lower right text area and send.

or

i type my message in the engima....send it to "sent" folder.......go to the bot and have him transmit the unsent message in the sent folder.

if i do the latter (write the enigma encoded message myself)....the bot does not understand what channel to send it and defaults to using channel zero.....since channel zero does not exists....no one gets the message......you can see in the sent log that it shows the message as sent and on channel zero....you can also hear the distinctly lower frequency tone of the morse code. Also, the radio was set by the AI to channel 18. I know it was not transmitting on 18 as that channel has a very distinct high frequency pitch when transmitting.

that is bug one.

bug two.

I could see the radioman AI change the radio frequencies in the two examples above. I was the host...the other person with me who joined my session did not see the radio man change the channels....but could hear the change in tone frequency when the message was transmitted. My guess is that the packet to update the client's graphics to show the bot changing the channel is not implemented.

bug three.
even though it is not implemented. if the radio search antenna is raised it can not be lowered if it has been moved......my guess is if it was moved and then "recentered" on zero...it is never EXACLY zero and thus cant be lowered.....but this is just a guess.
i recommend disabling the ability to raise the radio search antenna if the feature is not implemented.

also..
would be nice as captain to push the radioman aside to transmit direct simplified unencrypted traffic. I can push aside the helmsman, dive officer, and sonarman......i should be able to push the radioman aside (and the machinists too)
