I have no idea how to fix this or what is causing this, but for some reason, there is a visible circle in each eye where everything within it is projected normally, while everything around it is like the resolution would be way lower, super pixelated / choppy. It is definitely happening in this game only.

If you zoom in at the tree https://imgur.com/cu1JX09, you will see a clear difference where it is darker and clear, while the rest is bright and choppy.

I am playing on an Index, my pc runs a 2080ti and refresh rates and resolution scaling doesn't affect this issue. This is a clean install.
