That Control Panel looks a bit dodgy to say the least. So, I decided to completely remake it from scratch using a lower resolution image as a base. I didn't change the positioning of the buttons at all, so your layout will work just fine. I even found a better Marquee and color corrected it.

Also, you can of course rename your layouts to anywhat you want. Just change <LayoutDubbleTrubble> to <LayoutShinobi> at the start and end of the control layout. Make sure you include the closing </
