Is there a way to prevent edge scroll?

I have numbness in my hands as a side effect to chemo and I tend to overshoot my mouse curser when trying to select icons that are on the side or when I want to mouseover the icons at the top. I end up moving my map all over the place ...lol.

Is there a way to stop edge scrolling?

Edit:

I searched some more and found I can disable in it expanded cheat menu. Just tested it and it works great. Thank you ChoGGi !!!

Least I could do, If you think of something else that makes it less fun to play (repetitive actions, etc), I can probably whip something up.
