Steep is basically an always online game, so your progress is stored on Ubisoft servers. You can backup your local save and use it later (my save got corrupted few days ago, so I had to do that), but as soon as you launch the game in online mode, your progress, level, XP, clothes and items you bought will be updated according to the info stored on Ubisoft servers.

My point is no one will help you. If there was a synchronization error between your game and Ubisoft servers, so now Ubisoft servers think that you were lvl 30 the last time you played the game and those points of interest have not been discovered yet, you're lvl 30 now.
