I've played this game quite a bit, the only interest, build a ship and shoot at pirates, or xotans. I don't buy dls, they don't have interesting content for me.
Installed the game again..... and did not find any options to disable the uniquely stupid training.
For example, I turned off all windows encyclopedia..... but hints continue to pop out. Reminds me of the ads for the first purchase in “free” games.
Continues to appear some wonderfully brilliant (i.e. idiot) adventurer..... although torpedoes I launched in the very starting location, I do not need his training. I don't need a useless ship either, I've already done better.

In any good game, you can refuse to learn (hello Space Rangers, for example) And here, forced to waste time on some nonsense. Otherwise it hangs on the side, hide the tasks (which are also idiotic training) is also impossible, the rules of trade, etc... The best I could do was to reject the raid on the pirates.
