Issue: Camera horizontal/vertical-axis inverting OPTION
## Summary

I need the camera inverting feature in the OPTION.

## Actual

Nothing. In now, camera controls are assigned like a head moving of a FPS games.

## Expected

- Add the camera horizontal(X, maybe)/vertical(Y, maybe)-axis inverting settings into the OPTION.

## Appendix

- My brain's recognition:
- (1) The current axis pattern is: Virtual eye-position set into a head of something(human or tripod or else), thus I can turn a head or a neck then the view frustum will turn to the same direction. It's like a virtual FPS eye-positioned.
- (2) The inverted axis pattern is: Virtual eye-position set into an orbital of a spherical surface, thus I can move(spherical coordinate, like a longitude/latitude) the camera position then the view frustum will turn to the inverted direction. It's like a virtual TPS eye-positioned.
- And more:
- Some people need invert the vertical-axis only. It is not logically correct situation, but they like apply it over all of 3D scenes from experience such as sniping game's view frustum and control logic.
