I've seen multiple lobbies when I do so, but unless I directly invite friends or play alone, usually no one can join me and I always get "failed to connect" errors. This only occurs after I've played the game a bit.

Otherwise, it ends up working fine. If you get the 'can't connect to public chat' error, then try restarting the game and running it (and steam) as an admin. That often fixes it for me.

EDIT: I'm more than inclined to say the issue isn't with you but Steam/Larian themselves. More than likely the latter.

i know this is silly but have you checked in options? there are some network options there ,i have no problem hosting and joining =p

if you host you have a small tab that says conectivity on the bottom right corner

Mind you this was a release date bug that's already been fixed, as you can see by the date this was posted.

Still, nice to see responses. But in the event I play this again, I'll give arena mode another shot!
