Ignore that link for now. But if anyone wishes to tell me what they'd like to see as a makeshift way since we can't create our own characters right now, I'm more than open to ideas.
I'm glad to see that this is moddable and something the community can improve! I have a bunch of questions but I'll start with one I asked elsewhere on these forums and reddit - is there a way to create a character in GM mode, set all the stats/skills/etc. and then add that character to Arena mode?
Also, will send you a friend request if that's ok. I don't have a huge amount of free time but maybe I can help you test stuff if needed.
Actually that's a huge reason I got it too. Glad to see I'm not the only one.
Sadly not. All Arena Characters need to have a specific switch triggered on them among other minor things to indicate that they're specifically made for Arena Mode. Meaning you would have to have variants custom-made to be Arena Accessible.
That's also perfectly fine! I'll be willing to answer any questions you have as well, provided I can actually answer them, heh. But yesyes. That'd be quite lovely, actually. I've more free time than I know what to do with it, but I accepted it.
