(Bmt) How do I get unbanned?

I recently got banned in Bmt server for what I have no idea. I just recently purchased this game now I'm banned. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You're only banned from that server there's plenty more to choose from

I have been trying this website but with no success. As I dont speak russian.

1) The banned player's game nickname - fzalgaonkir4 or fayzaan
2) Who banned them? - No Idea
3) The ban message number - No Idea
4) The reason for the ban - Good game, then got banned
5) Why should you be unbanned? - I enjoy this server and it's one of the best in IMO
