For Xbox controllers, enabling analog movement is as easy as configuring your directional inputs with your analog stick in the Control Config menu when first starting a game. After configuring that, you should be able to use your analog for character movement. Hope that helps!
Also, I am trying to configure my controls in the input menu, but I see a bunch of "joystick analog" options, I don't know which one is which, would you be able to assist me? I think I got left and right movement working, but can't seem to get up and down to work.
Also, I tried the in-game remapping, but doesn't work. Will this be functional in the future?
I've attached a link to the image, it'd be easier to see:

*edit* nevermind about left and right movement. I did something and it doesn't work anymore xD
For instance, after selecting "Arcade Mode" in the main menu, you get to choose how many players are playing. After moving your device up to Player 1, there will be an option to "Control Config". By pressing that, you'll be able to map your controls to your liking. Simply remap each direction with your analog stick and you should be fine! My apologies for not being clear :)
Looks like I'm still having a bit of trouble though :( So I rebound my movements to the analog stick in-game, but when the fight starts it doesn't work/register. Wierd thing is if I slowly rotate the analog stick, I'll hit a spot where I will move up or down. It seems like the rebindings are too sensitive? like theres no wiggle room for the analog stick and you have to be precise in where you place the stick.
haha, glad you got to use your line xD and thanks for looking into this :D
