Tooltips for traits and perks
Title, having to hire someone just to figure out what does what seems rather counter-intuitive to starting a band from the bottom only to find out 2-3 months down the road what the impact of each of these entails.

So for example, hovering over "day job" will explain what impact that has on the member.
