The exact same thing happened to me. I had to reinstall everything do to a bad computer update and when I went to play SOSC it wouldn't launch. So I waited until all my games that were installed before, were installed again. Then I ran Hyperdimentsion Neptunia Rebirth One, Don't Starve Together, Saint Row: The Third, and Stardew Valley in that order. I believe certain drivers are required since my computer did the first time set up for all except DST. If you can try something similar then that's all I can say about that. Like installing the drivers yourself or something. Good luck.
