[BUG] 1.13 - Pressing the "Menu/Start" Button on XBOX One Contoller No Longer Brings Up Paused Menu
First off, congratulations and thank you to the Deathstate Team for the release build of 1.13!

Now to the nitty-gritty... New bug in the release version of 1.13:

Now, when using an XBOX One Controller, pressing the "Menu/Start" button does not bring up the Paused Menu anymore.

This button is actually called "Menu" when binding to things within the Deathstate Keybinds Menu. This same button is called "Start" when using an XBOX 360, DS3 (PS3), and a DS4 (PS4) Controller.

Bringing up the Paused Menu is not a valid keybind and cannot be changed from the ESC key (or Start button on controllers)

This issue did not happen in 1.10 and the 1.13 Beta and an XBOX One controller could pause the game just the same as other controllers could.

Again, if I test with my XBOX 360 controller, I can use the Start Button to bring up the Paused Menu just fine. This is only related to the XBOX One controller (which is my favorite controller to use for everything right now).

May I suggest that you guys (Workin Men) maybe have a Unit Test that goes through every button on the following controllers, before pushing-out future builds please?

  1. XBOX One Controller
  2. XBOX 360 Controller
  3. DS4 (PS4) Controller
  4. DS3 (PS3) Controller
  5. Steam Controller

Or, if a Unit Test isn't feasible, maybe just set aside an hour of someone's time to go through each and every button, of the above controllers, manually, before pushing-out a release in the future?

Some players may even gladly donate their time to this effort as well (like me for instance), if you guys can publish Private "Release Candidate Grade" Builds for particular Steam Users in the future, like a day or 2 before the release.

It's weird it wasn't present in 1.13 beta because I don't think there were any substantiative differences between beta and live... but maybe that's a clue to what's wrong!?

This is still a problem with the 1.20 Beta build of the game. The player can not pause the game at all with an XBOX One controller and we also have to take an extra step to manually bind a button for Inventory.

Again, both "Inventory" and "Pause" do not work correctly on an XBOX One controller.

One thing you guys can maybe do, as a quick fix, is to just make the game's "Pause" function be bindable in the Controller Options.

I tried using the Steam Controller and it crashed my game by the way
