Just bought the game, attempted to launch it, and got a crash before the game could be launched. Tried numerous times and the game crashes before launch 100% of the time...

Things I have already tried to fix the issue:
Run as admin
Validating game files (uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times)
Checked to ensure anti-virus software was not preventing the game from launching
Different compatability modes (currently using windows 10)

Comp Specs:
i7-8700k
1080ti
16gb ddr4

If anyone has an idea regarding how this issue can be fixed I would really appreciate the information. I'd like to try the game and I'm willing to wait a week or two to see if the issue can be resolved. I'll be sending the game devs the error report file that was created as well.
