how do you get the achievements killtacular and primal instinct

the title says it all. i kicked an enemy up in the air and shot him in the head with bullet time but that didnt get me primal instinct, and killtacular wont unlock no matter how many kill streaks i get

killtacular is unlocked by doing this: you have to get 40 kills in a single life, respawn, and then get another 40 kills. An easy way to do so is this:

kill 40 enemies on your first life until you get "GODLIKE", then let an enemy kill you. Then, kill 40 more enemies. Due to a bug, you have to kill an additional enemy to get the achievement. That bug will be fixed in an upcoming hotfix update.
