The first rule of a game -> It must be fun, and losing more than 80% to 90% of what you trained the next day makes that impossible.
Even a simulator needs to be fun, and elements need to be changed to be fun, otherwise no one would want to play a simulator, think of an American Truck Simulator taking 2 real days to deliver a load, no one would play!!! It's okay to lose status, but not in the illogical amount that it does, without having a good management, except taking a lot of hours to finish the game, and repeating non-stop, working, buying food, training to lose, and tomorrow doing it all again, for about 20 hours, very cool!!!
As far as I see, you lose 7 (i think) on each stat per level in that stat. You can win far more than that until level 4 or 5.
