I had to save and quit while the hounds were doing their distant baying sounds (you know, the part before the hounds actually appear where your character warns you about them). When I came back, it seems like I'm now in that state perpetually; hounds keep baying, and Wolfgang every now and then says "I hear puppies!" and I'm not allowed to sleep. Is this a thing that happens? What am I supposed to do?...

I'm struggling to keep sanity up and wondering how to deal with the constant hit. My 1st winter was just basics of making it to the next day or 2. Trying to stay warm and manage scarce food. After the 1st 2 seasons of fall and winter then another go around of fall and winter. I'm struggling to keep up.
